We have put you in group chats with others arriving at a similar time, it is easy to take an Uber or local taxi from San Salvador airport to Santa Ana.
Roughly $17 USD for tour entry fees (volcano $7, waterfalls $10), plus enough for three lunches and three dinners around Santa Ana. Bring cash. Some places take card, some don't.
There are multiple ATMs within a 5 min walk of the hostel in Santa Ana.

On Tuesday you can organise your own transport and meet the group at the lunch spot near Mirador Rinconcito Mágico.
On Wednesday, you can be dropped off in Juayúa town instead of doing the 7 Waterfalls hike.
The whole warm-up group transfers together from Santa Ana to Lagarza at around 1:30pm on Thursday 9 July. Make sure you've checked out by 12pm.

If you're doing the warm up, you'll transfer together from Santa Ana on Thursday afternoon.

If you're arriving just for the main event, Isaac has added you to a group chat to coordinate transport from San Salvador airport or city to Lagarza with others arriving at similar times.
Four nights' accommodation, breakfast every morning, and the planned group meals on the itinerary (Friday dinner at La Bocana, Sunday beach picnic).
Enough for a few lunches, a few dinners, and any drinks you want across the four days. Cards work at some places but bring cash to be safe.
The hostel is remote, so get cash at the airport or in a larger town on your way to the venue, or during day tripss to the towns.
Sunday is the "fancy" night. Beach picnic at sunset, then a pool party. Bring something nicer to wear.
Yes. If you chickened out last time, someone's coming to Lagarza on Sunday to do them.
